Our marketing and communication automation is at the heart of what we do. The tasks you don’t have the time, people or inclination to do, we can automate.
Whether you’re a Fortune 500 enterprise or a solo operator, we have systems to help you engage with more clients faster and do the comms tasks you hate or don’t have the time or people to cover.
How we work: everything starts with a conversation
Conversational AI solves a lot of business communications challenges, however it’s not right for everyone. So before we do anything, we need to talk. The first step is always a discovery call, so we can take a look at your business and the challenges we can potentially solve.
We’ll know almost straight away if we can achieve your desired outcome and whether we are a good fit as a technology partner.
How Does Conversational AI Work?
At the heart of our systems are large language AI models that have a vast array of knowledge. So unlike primitive chatbots you might be familiar with, conversational AI agents can hold down a decent two way conversation and answer just about any question asked of it.
Then we take your business information, training material, pdfs, videos, products, pricing, offers, tech support knowledge base or anything else that can enhance the AI model so it can answer specific questions a customer or lead might ask.
We then task the AI Agent with an outcome. This might be to qualify a lead before booking a follow up call with your sales team, or it might be to take a restaurant table booking, or book in a car service, gather documents for a legal brief, or answer all the questions on a tech support desk.
Whatever the AI Agent needs to do, it can be instructed to achieve that goal and keep circling the conversation back until the job is done. If for some reason the AI is unable to resolve an enquiry, it can escalate the call to a human via live transfer or call back appointment.
What types of AI Agents are there?
Voice AI. This can be used to answer incoming calls of any nature. Typically used for sales enquiries, customer support or tech support desks, you can deploy a voice AI agent to handle calls 24/7 or set it for after hours coverage. Agents can be deployed at scale to eliminate call waiting. Voice has come a long way in the last few months and has none of the lag or robotic traits early AI voice suffered with. Text AI. Wherever you can engage with people online, you can place a text AI agent. This might be a chat widget on a website, an Instagram ad, Facebook messenger, Whatsapp, TikTok or any number of locations. The AI agent is tasked with an outcome and will engage with the lead or customer until the outcome is achieved or the enquiry is disqualified.
SMS AI. Used for cold lead database reactivation, CRM nurturing, new to market offers, renewal or service reminders and a whole host of other purposes, a SMS text AI agent can perform all the tasks Voice and Text agents undertake, only over mobile phone SMS messaging. This is particularly effective for dead/cold lead outreach as the recipients are far more likely to engage over SMS than they are to pick up a call from your sales team.
Why Use Conversational AI Agents?
Any business with outbound or inbound communications has the potential to benefit from deploying AI Agents.
- Handle after hours calls without hiring night shift workers or cutting phone lines across to a call answering service that can’t answer customer queries.
- Speed to Lead – wherever your sales enquiries are coming in, AI can respond instantly. Never keep a lead waiting again.
- Tier One Support – train AI to handle customer and technical support. This eliminates staff churn and expensive training periods.
- Database Reactivation – If you have lots of leads you never managed to contact, an AI agent can get hold of them, rule them in or out, then set an appointment.
- Scale – make and take calls at a scale your sales team are unable to match. After all they have better things to do like responding to the leads AI already set.
- Clarity – sometimes the only cost effective comms strategy is to employ an offshore call centre. This can introduce call clarity issues easily solved with AI.

AI Agents once built and tuned are almost set and forget. Say goodbye to the staff churn and training merry-go-round, AI agents never get sick, never need a day off, are always on it, and can operate at scale without getting flustered or falling out with management and colleagues.
Sounds too good to be true, we know, but Conversational AI is real and it’s here now.
